I hope we have the finances to be really aggressive going for an experienced player this year.
I'd like someone who has some flair, is willing to back themselves, is tough and inspirational, has good skills, has leadership written all over him and who gives his all when the chips are down.
We have plenty of young kids but need experience to help them develop and keep us competitive.
Surely it's not asking too much to put Michael Voss in a time machine, send him back a few years, and draft him to Tigerland?
I'd be interested to know what kind of player people think we should be targeting or if we should even get a recycled player.
