What makes a good Coach

A good coach:
a) builds a strong off field team around him
b) ensures the right player personel are attracted to the club
c) breeds a culture of success
d) DELIVERS ON THE FIELD FOR MEMBERS AND SUPPORTERS

Matthews, Sheedy, Jeans and Parkin all did this.

Mark Williams, Mark Thompson, John Worsfold and Paul Roos are doing this.

Alistair Clarkson is starting to do this.

Wallet has done none of it. He is leading us around in circles in the wilderness. Simply no good...

Below is the Wallace I hoped we'd see, unfortunately he left all his passion back in his Years at the Dogs.

What happened to this Terry? :-\

Maybe you should email clip to Terry Wallace just to remind him of what is needed. Nice guys don't win wars.

I'm really not that concerned about a game plan or alleged lack of it or whatever at the moment. My concern is that no matter what game plan we had our players simply seem incapable of following it.

What makes a good coach?

Doing the exact opposite of Terry Wallace in every way.
