i know we all have a boos and they try to be inspiring...helpfull and respectfull..... but what is it that makes someone stand out.....what is it that we need as a footy club to make us into a great contender.....is it fear ....KPI's ...respect....game plan....tactics.....stability....what is it that will lead us to the ultimate goal....getting the most out of the players we have....one word answers....one word people....who is the stand out.....for me buckley....or hird......both hard at it borth B&F...brownlows....one a premiership....both natural leaders......

what do you want?????/
 
Good players first and foremost. I good coach cannot consistently get good results with dud cattle. Put a poor coach can get poor results with good players.
