Allegedly there is word floating around that Edwards will debut this week.

Where did you hear/read this?

Richmond board on bigfooty

I reckon there are some monkey's here mascarading on BF spreading crap.

I mentioned after the Coburg game that Edwards sitting on the bench for the last 1/4 (along with P.Bowden) could indicate he was in line for a call up this Friday. It was purely an observation because he didnt appear, to me, to be injured.

To answer the original question posed in this thread...what really gives me the shi!ts....

giving other teams a morale boosting victory, being the whipping boys for milestones, parades and special events, being defeated by the appearance of brand new opposition players, reading about the gutsy come-from-behind victory that ensured our defeat, losing the first game of every damn pre-season comp and round 1 game, and generally being an easy-beat, laughing stock who's only purpose in the league seems to be granting other teams spectacular victories. I absolutely SICK of it and wonder how much more punishment and failure we supporters can take.

While I'm venting my spleen, this all started the fateful night the kangaroos pulled off the super special event of bringing back Jason McCartney for his final game, a game we were ordained to loose and haunts us me to this day. NO disrespect to Jason himself intended but that night is symptomatic of our role as the team that is there to allow others memorable victories.

One thing is for sure, we have a MASSIVE payback debt built up and I pray I get to see the days when we unleash this upon the competition.

For me it's RFC people who don't have a FC clue about what's going on at the club and think every player is a gun or champion or whatever they daydream about.

Justin Plapp kicked 6 against the Blue Filth on debut too didn't he?

What gives me the *smile* is RFC fans expecting an 18yo kid to be an instant matchwinning superstar, and then bay for blood when it doesn't turn out that way!

Duds!!!

hi wall of voodoo, missed you for a while mate, it happened way before that and the AFL and the umpires have helped our own ineptitude along no end.

Speaking of no end, 2011 seems to be the current light at the end of the tunnel but hey I'm an optimist or I was up to two and a half weeks ago.

Richard Lounder booted 4 on debut

:hihi
I thought he booted 4 burgers into his mouth then plonked his backside on the coach. I have still have this image in my head from the Heraldsun of this waste of space sprawled out on the coach after some stupid injury to his foot. Never got of that coach to my knowledge.

This typifies my biggest gripe. Crap players we end up with. No respect back to the club and no carefactor. Also our recruiters.

just got back from the Thai Songkran Festival (which might explain my blurred writing so far tonight), and pulled that HeraldSun wanker Mark Ribinsons effort "Shameful Tigers" to drag us back down in the dirt.

Funnily enough when he hacks about 'ashamed', 'embarrassed', lack of ticker and no inspiration it all rung true to me considering our miserable effort so far this year.

What gives me the s#*%ts is trying to make reasons for why we are so bad week in and week out but one good thing is ive been doing it so long im very good at it now ;)
