I'm sorry to start another BenC post - but I just scrolled through 20 pages - and no one actually answered the question (or I couldn't find it).

Assuming the AFL allow Polak to be placed on the rookie list,

Assuming Richmond want BenC (with the 2nd pick)

For those of us who don't understand the draft system intrinsically:

(a) what stops one of the clubs with pick 1-5 reneging and picking him before us?
