personally this is what i would do im open to as much constructive criticism and comments as needed.

tambling edwards schulz mcmahon should be traded to GC17 for draft picks or to another club for a pick.

bowden johnson king should be shown the door or retired thanks for your services but the game has gone past you and king youre HOPELESS.

get a coach in who knows how to DEVELOP A YOUNG LIST and actually WIN A GAME, and for that matter actually GIVE A *smile* WHEN HE LOSES, if anybody notices wallace is never angry at his press conferences and when you see blokes like malthouse after a loss they look like they could kill someone.

give blokes like the thomsons, connors, collins and coughlans a game to get abit of HARDNESS and SKILL into the team.

get rid of graham the bloke is a deadset HACK and will never be up to standard i wouldve preferred to keep cartledge and p!ss off graham.

nahas and browne to play next week we've elevated them off the rookie list SO *smile*IN USE THEM.

rance to play every game this year.

get browny over the cosmetics and nail painting and get back to what he does best PLAYING A DECENT GAME OF FOOTY.

there is no way known gold coast would give up any draft picks for tambling,schulz,mcmahon or edwards.

i wouldn`t touch them with a ten foot pole if i was building a new club.

i honestly think they or any club would quite literally laugh at us if we tried to do a swap and offered these blokes up.

This is the risk with "rebuilding" a list. If you spend 5 yrs delisting/trading/drafting to find what has been built is no good, then it will take another 4-5 yrs to fix this current problem.

The list is average at best, is mostly underskilled and under pressure falls apart. Aside from Lids and Cotchin we have nobody that any club would want so trading for draft picks is completely unrealistic and will never happen.

This season is over, I would play more of the younger guys like Collins, Conners and Hughes to find out what they can offer.

so what who cares how long it takes its beyond a joke. if the list is average at best then why not start again or start blooding more youngsters and *smile* off the hacks which is half the list.

1. Terry Wallace must resign or be sacked tomorrow and be replaced by Damian Hardwick for the rest of the year.
2. Jake King must not be allowed to play in the Seniors team again. No Skill or Basic Knowledge of the game.
3. Jay Schulz must not be allowed to play in the Seniors team again. Gutless !
4. Richard Tambling must be dropped to the VFL and not be allowed to play with the Senior team until he puts together a string of "best player" performances in the 2nds. Gutless !
5. Will Thursfield needs to be back in the team immediately.
6. Nathan Brown to be played permanent Forward Pocket. And if he fails, he's got to go...put Tuck to replace him on the Forward Line once some our injured midfield return.
7. Troy Simmonds must be dropped asap...a man his size should be showing some STEEL...God only knows how he is courageous enough to handle snakes yet goes hiding when the team needs him to lift. Gutless !
8. Adam Pattison should be played first ruck until Vickery is ready...at least Patto gives his all. I don't think Graham is Seniors material
9. Brett Deledio...oh my God...what is wrong with you ? I've gone to calling you a gutless wonder in your 2nd year...to apologising and feeling proud of your efforts last year...and now you are piking it again. Lift son...I know it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys...but fight the game out like Richo does.
10. Cousins, Coughlan, Cotchin, Connors and Thompson need to be included in our 22 asap
11. Joel Bowden and Kane Johnson should not be played...they won't be there next year.
12. I'm not convinced about Edwards and Hislop...they should be dropped and made to earn their place in the side. White, Jackson and Polo need to make less mistakes but are worth persevering with.
13. I'm happy with Rievoldt, Morton...persevere with them.
14. I'm happy with McGuane, Rance, Moore...persevere with them.
15. Foley and Richo are not to blame for our pi$$ poor efforts thus far.
16. We need more leadership from Newman...he isn't as good as he was 2 years ago. Why ?

I'm so ashamed with what the players are producing in Wallace's 5th year...nothing has changed...it really is sickening watching the Bombers and the Crows youngsters winning this round playing a great brand of footy.

god i feel like an idiot i remember saying the other day i was happy with the mcmahon deal but *smile* i take that back seeing a bloke like andy otten run around for the crows and knowing we couldve had him in the draft makes me sick but then again do you think he'd be as good at richmond than at adelaide? i think not.
