whats the bet browny has zero tackles

I will admit Browny hasn't been setting the world on fire so far in 2009, but as so many people have said here, he is a matchwinner, one of only a few in that team. I don't car if he doesnt lay a tackle tomorrow. If he kicks 3 or 4 goals + and we win, that's more than enough.

But what makes Brown any different to Cousins, Cotchin and Coughlan (other than the latter three have surnames starting with 'C' ;D). All class players, in the best 22 when fit or probably even when they're not. It just reeks of favouritism to bring Brown straight back in rather than was has become the mandatory stint at Coburg.

Brown has had a full pre season, unlike Cotchin, and is not coming off a long lay off like Cousins and Cogs.

HOWEVER he has been crap all season, including the pre-season, so bring him back via Coburg I say.

Totally agree... Browny is a class player and a matchwinner for us... Start supporting our players. There is no doubt that the Richmond FC is a better FC when N Brown is in the side..... Wake up some of u!!!!
hes a glass half full type of player who is pathetic in the defensive side of his game. he hasnt been a match winner since how long. what have we got from this highly paid primadonna over the course of his 6 yrs at the club. i tell you what we have got very little. hes living of his reputation and his abysmal soft lazy efforts dont deserve the support of anyone. but as usual the blind ferals will continue to put him on a pedestal overlooking his performances in the process.

people are unbelievable blind rabid support for lazy soft blokes who actually cost the side heaps. and why he played a few top games way back in 05. he doesnt chase he doesnt tacle he doesnt shepherd he doesnt gut run to create its all about n brown or nothing. have you lot ever wondered why we never seem to get anywhere i would say not.

I love Fridays in winter - and have done for the past 40 years - because of what may happen on the weekend. A Saturday game at the G is great.

Its a shame to read so many negative thoughts about one of our players
they are not negative thoughts but plain old facts. i suppose we shouldnt speak the truth.

Browny may well be done at years end but me tink he may want to go out "guns blazing".
