Same can be said about Richo,s efforts.How many times has he had to put up with being doubled teamed.No one is denying Foley had an outstanding year yet he did "slow down" towards the end of the year while Richo kept on being Richo.

He has been working on his speed by losing alot of weight and concentrating on speed training, hopefully he just ends up like darren jarman (bit slow, but has all the time in the world to operate in a telephone box).

cogs is an average kick while jarman is one of the most elite by foot to ever play the game, no comparison imo

cogs will get back because he has heart but im not expecting anything close to 03 stuff anytime soon and neither should anyone else

Don't worry Whammy if you ever go off thread mate, its not like all the rest of us stay on topic, we have a habit of wandering from time to time ;D
But as for the topic, yep I reckon all of us want to see Cogs hit his best. It may take a bit of time after his injuries but fingers crossed he will.
