Shane, Andrew and Daniel were in Melbourne on Saturday (Shane flew in after the draft) and Jack and Carl were due in today.
(FWIW, the current guys were out training at 8.00 am this morning.)
Don't know how tall JON is but I said G'day to him after one of our games while he had his wing in a sling. He is a fair spread across the shoulders and just needs to put a bit of beef on the frame, but I doubt he will ever get real big, more like a Daryl White build, fairly wiry.Tigerdog said:Shers can you seek confirmation that JON has now grown to 192cms please? Thanks in advance. :beer

However, what I rarely hear from any of them (or the club) is that their diet too has been structured around putting body mass on. For example, are these guys consuming a high protein diet to aid in all their weight work ?
Bananas, milk shakes (soy), egg whites, lean beef, chicken, veal etc. etc. I’d have them eating copious amounts. Copious I say !!! Copiousssssss !! Plus putting a heap of whey powder etc. into everything.
We gotta make these runts “bloody huuuge man.”

Redders, at the player link-up dinner, Angus commented about having to eat a lot more in order to stack on the weight. He made a comment about patto (hazy memory there) being able to put the food away, and how he had to step it up to get bigger.
I think the two would go hand in hand for the players.
