Where are the Dogs at.

Are they starting to eat their own at at Doggie land and is this a true indication of Smorgen. Maybe this is why Wallace left. ;)

Wallace left for more money and to find the yellow brick road. At the moment he is stuck in the middle of no where with both axles deep in mud.

I have never believed in Eade, for some reason everyone fell in love with him and I cant understand why. I was wrapt to get Wallace over him and still am today. I dont like their list at all, a team of soft skinny flankers. (sound familiar :hihi) Players like Murphy, McMahon, Giansiracusa just leave me cold and dont look like the core of a finals contender.

Where are there KPP players? They can blame Wallace but he's been gone for awhile now. They wont go close to a premiership as by the time their fledgling talls find their feet their superstars in West and Johnson will be retired.

And while I'm at it;

Why does Farren Ray escape the level criticism levelled at Tambling?
Why dont they cop heaps for not recruiting Franklin like we do?
If Clayton is puported as a genius, why is there list lacking so much? (There recruiting does seem to pick good players, but list balance?)

Wallace left because he knew the Dogs would never have success with their budget and he was right. After he missed the plum gigs he saw the RFC quite rightly as a sleeping giant due to its supporter base. He still has the opportunity to be a hero - which is clearly what he wants... in the long term.

Williams is coming along pretty well.

never said he wasnt

he like many others they have is a mobile project tall who wont go toe-to-toe with a key forward for a few more years yet

they have a bit to work with so their trading will be crucial

Have seriously disappointed this year. No two ways about it.

With Darcy & Montgomery gone and given West, Grant, Akermanis and Johnson are now in the veteran class, their chance of genuine success is slipping.
No wonder Smorgie gave Eade and co. a bit of a bake.

Still they won 12 games and we won 3 so everything is relative but we might pass them on the way up..
