I would expect Gary Lyon to now pull his head in and stop talking about the Demons as theres no way he can see past his $$$$$$$ to take up coaching.

I wouldn't either, he will neve coach.

He's always speculated a little at the idea of coaching as it drives his profile up but it if that's the case it leaves him with little credibility to write articles about Wallace & co. if he won't put his own head on the block. :blah

You'd figure if he doesn't try it on at the Dees the prima donna never will.

yeah i think Gary Lyon as a coach would turn out about as good as Tim Watson did.........

Don't need to!! the guy is a joke.Takes simplisic views on very little limited if any reaserch and you think he would have the time, dedication and smarts to coach an AFL football side......good luck to that side!!!

Story in Herald Sun today, when they were looking for Gary to make a comment re the Melb job yesterday, he was out of touch. Was seen on the slopes.

Gary is likes to party too much.

I dont think he is willing to give up his role as a Tv personality up for a full time committed job.
