Where Do We Go From Here??

The other thing that this week showed me is that most of our ex players can actually play.

Jason Torney - WHat i saw was good.
Rodan was good last week (the decision to let him go did surprise me), second year after a knee is always better)
Fiora was getting rave review on Friday night.

I suspect that when yoiur talet is a thin as ours - everyone looks different to how they reallly are.

Tonight's result was to be expected.

When you draw a line in the sand, as Terry has done, you quickly work out who prepared to fight for the club & who's not.

The rest of the season will work out who's prepared to put the team above themselves.

Those who will put the team, and team rules, first will be the club's future leaders.

Those that aren't can be shown the door.

And Bowden can depart with Terry.....

Living in Adelaide, I always go to the games. I am very scared for what might happen to me over the next 2 weeks. If I don't come out of Footy Park (I don't do the corporate names) alive, tell Richo I love him. :'( (Not in a brokeback mountain way, in a "I wish the rest of the guys wearing that jumper gave as much as you did" kind of way)

Let's not forget there is a limit to how many we can get rid of in any one year.

Long Term - improve the recruiting to bring better players to the club and have no more Pavllich/Fiora fiascos/ player development to fast track progress of young players - other clubs can do it, why can't RFC.
Short Term - Keep rotating younger players through Seniors as Coburg form warrants supported by senior players that earn a game. Don't revert to playing Tivendale, Krak etc. They've been tried and are not going to get the club anywhere.

Concise, clear cut and straight to the bone, you really should be getting a guernsey down at the club Michael
