I am looking for genuine improvement in our youngsters.

If that occurs then the ladder position is irrelevant.

If this club is looking towards sustained success, the Deldios, Tamblings, etc. have to grow an extra leg in 08.

Personally think that this year was the year we had to have and am expecting a climb up the ladder into the bottom of the 8.
We need full years from Brown, Simmonds and Couglan to go up though. No injuries like Geelong this year would be great.

and the same in 2009,

then 2 solid seasons for the flag in 2011 and I will make sure i witness the GF at the G sing the song and then rebuild my life, and try make back the 25 years this club has taken from me...
