Where is the "we'll let the results speak for us" now ?

Sure it's only 3 rounds in, but if anyone needs to test their conviction set internally within the club about the self imposed edict preached over the pre-season then now's the time.

So what were the consequences outlined with that edict ? If there were none, then it was simply words with no substance.

Drop poorly committed players (& football department personel) who do not deliver on match day (and in the lead up to it) and make them pay for the lack of commitment to results. If there are clear excuses for the poor results then they must be justified.

Come on Mr March, let us know you insisted upon consequences for setting such a scene.

The sad, sad, sad result is that our actions have spoken a very poor story.

Soon after this Mr March you gave praise and glowing support to where "we were at". That was premature and everyone could see that.

Yes, we have played against Top teams recently and lost 2 games that should clearly have been ours (ie. Bulldogs & Saints), but now what will you do ?

If you say "we will only reward results & genuine performance" then I am with you, if it is "politics and defending the indefensible" then that's not going to cut it.

After 1 game? You need to get a grip as well. Should Frank Costa have blown up after Geelong's bad loss to Collingwood?

Its round 10 Mr G and the grip you so refer to had us back then too. The Costa/Geelong reference against Collingwood is pure irrelevance and takes way from the hunger and passion RFC needs to prove it can gain. Oh and by the way it was March who set the tone pre-season and I for one felt it was a critical message to mark. This sentiment without consequence is weak.

yep almost half way and march clearly needs to do something.
