PUNT ROAD END | Richmond Tigers Forum

Its interesting to read people's views on Campbell whether should be considered for the caretaker role or as a coach for 2010.

Below are the results :

Should Campbell be a coach of the RFC?

Caretaker only for last 12 Rounds 47 (27.5%)
Coach in 2010 12 (7%)
None of the above - this would set us back another 5 years! 112 (65.5%)

Total Voters: 171

65% stated it would send us back another 5 years. Thats an overwhelming view.

Which brings me to the point of the thread. Where to for Campbell.?

1. He was overlooked for the caretaker role.
2. Was overlooked for the role as coach for the Coburg side.
3. Kane appointed in the role of Development Coach.

Campbell? I know he is in charge of the midfield so why hasnt he been considered?

1.Is the club trying to protect him?
2.Do they serious consider him as a possible coach in 2010?
3.He doesnt have any aspirations at this point. Just wants to keep learning the ropes.
4.Or maybe he didnt interview well.

King appears to be out of favour and could be gone by seasons end. Apparently "spat " the dummy. I liked him as a player(when he didnt play against us) but whatever his role was with Wallace but failed.

No news about Royal. He should be giving his marching orders as well.

So where to for Campbell with his coaching aspirations ?
