PUNT ROAD END | Richmond Tigers Forum

Just wanted some opinions on the above.

Joel has been a pretty good player. 2 b& f , an AA but always has that look, that attitude that he doesnt care. I dont know if thats the right word . He , for the amount of time he has, the way he reads the play for mine, makes far too many clangers. I remember early on in his career(playing in the forward line) , at the G he had 5 goals to half time against the coasters and done his shoulder or collarbone taking a courageous mark (yes he did use too) and then became a backman. Personally like we have done with Richo, i would like a new role , if his form and passion warrants it(forward option/wingman). What do you think?

There was talk that he came back pre season (overweight) and there was talk about his attitude and weight issue when he was dropped.

Do you think he can break back into the side?

Do you think he may be trade bait at seasons end?

Petts is another interesting on. The last two years his work rate, at times second efforts were good, but this year his performances and second efforts havent really been there. With Morton and now Edwards in the side can you see him too breaking into the side. I forgot to mention we have Brown as well.

Personally again i like the look at Edwards and Morton is all class.

Can you see him being traded at seasons end ?

Thoughts

Thanks
