Where's Browny at?

this year was only ever going to be about getting on the field in one piece and staying that way

me is happy ;D

He's going at about fifty percent most of the time with some bursts thrown in. He's not right by a long way but I think he'll come back to somewhere near his best and if he gets over the leg fully the layoff may well have prolonged his career.

At times he looks to be going through the motions. Who could blame him? Who'd want to be recovering from a serious injury in that forward line?

I think we need Brown. We've have some AFL class youngsters coming through and they need support and an example from high class players within the team. NGB is one of the few who fits the bill.

He wants to bloody learn how to man up when we havent got the ball. Lazy footballer - great when its going his way but just bloody terrible when he has to defend.

Most of the players are guilty of this. It's debatable whether it's laziness though. It may not be in the game plan.

I'm prepared to give him a little slack on this at the moment due to fitness issues, but I agree if it continues next year!!

Solid performance tonight from Brown & the more games he plays the better

I reckon there's one place Browny wishes he WASN'T at; with the losers at the RFC.

Brown has stated he wants to finish his career at the Tigers.

And if there is anyone who can finish a career it's the RFC.

loved the little pisstake when he chipped the shot from 30m, typical browny and i loved it

even if gets nowhere near his 2005 stuff again his 50% is a hell of a lot better than what anyone else can bring to the table

Am I wrong to say if we got a first rounder for anyone over 24 we would have too take it

I don't think so. And if someone offered a top ten pick for Brown we would be crazy not to look at it. Won't happen though, a firing Brown is one of the few hopes Wallet has of partial redemption next year. Trading Brown would be a smart strategic long term move if the deal was right, but probably not a clever move for Wallet if he wants to remain a career coach.
