The reality of this is that the most important 5 players in the team are not those in the top echelon but those that rank 18 through to 22.

We must have competition for positions in the side. That is not going to be easy with such a young list in 07.
Hopefully the youngsters will be breaking down the door at Coburg to get selected in the 22.
