I was on a train home from the footy with a group of blokes one being one of Tucky's ex house mates. The bloke was off his face,none of us believed he knew Tucky so he rang him in the rooms and put it on hands free.
If he still knocks around with those blokes, hosing copshops would be the least of our problems

So Tucky shared a place with some wild boys when he was single? Sounds like a normal young Aussie male to me. Most of us tame down a lot when we get married, have kids and responsible jobs though. He's almost 27 now and is maturing into a quality footballer and person.

When is the new captain likely to be announced..................will they wait until after pre-season training?

Yeah no probs Hayfever. We've all got a few skeletons in the closet. I think that was before the West Adelaide days.
As for the skipper, I'm not sure but I'd say they'll see who impresses in the pre season.
But just for the record, I reckon Newman is the front runner.
Chris Newman is just the bloke you want to lead a team. Honest ,reliable one of if not the hardest trainer at the club, gets on with the playing and coaching groups and is very durable(when he's not breaking a leg)
You could say the same for Tucky but I reckon RFC would just be a bit more comforable sending Chris up to front the media than Tucky.
Neither has much of a profile but looking through our list I don't think we have anyone else to step up.

Maybe Lids, Foley are a chance in a few seasons.
I know one thing. Whoever gets the gig will be on the front page of the papers on the last Sunday in September in 2011( if not before) holding the cup aloft
