I think if we could get Buckley he would be the man all the players would look up to him relate to him & respect him some may have had him as their boyhood hero!! I think he would demand discipline & get rid of guys who can't use the footy.

Next option would be Hardwick great base as an assistant with a well oiled machine like the Hawks played under Williams & Sheedy hard tough player.
