Yep. Love the leadership traits. Bring in Barker if he slips and Kellaway - 4 croweaters should help to retain them.Sharp & Cumming
Both great footballers and leaders
If we took Robey at 3 and the bombers were still keen for our 4, we could swap 4 for 6 and maybe one of there later picks in the twenties.
We would still get a good player at 6 and pick up maybe a Barker or Dovaston with the later pick.
That looks like a perfect Blair move.Perfect scenario in that instance would be, take Robey at 3, Essendon take X Taylor and Sharp (and I can see why they would do both), we then take Cumming with 6. Take Oskar Taylor with our pick back from Essendon (may not last to it though), Taylor Byrne with our 38 and then Kellaway late.
5 players in. 3 mids (2 that can swing to mid / fwd roles), 1 half back (reminds me of Darcy Wilmot) and 1 small forward (a bit like a left footed Seth Campbell).
Speed, power pretty much throughout.
Tick, tick, and onto Round 1![]()
I wouldn't think Labor would be in the centre, but on the left wing.I reckon Labor sharp Mcauliffe are a pretty good trio of on ball rotations when they get on the team together
Yep. I reckon the Eagles will bid on Uwland at #2 and we'll bid on Patterson with our second pick, and possibly with our first pick.Looking at the GC talent though, we simply have to bid on Uwland and Patterson in the top 5, not just because they should be bid on there, but we need to suck up as many points as possible for GC.
Not sure Labor plays on the left wing anymore.I wouldn't think Labor would be in the centre, but on the left wing.
Just out of interest - was there a ‘left’ wing back in the day?I wouldn't think Labor would be in the centre, but on the left wing.
