Yep another thread.
I work night shift so on my odd occasion that i venture out to get the paper, these past few weeks its been more often than not............the reason?
To read anything about the tigers.
I love the club. Just do
There were two articles. The article from Sheehan even though i tend not to read too much of what he writes about us, this one particular got me fired up.
i REALLY BELIEVE we have a chance tonight. We seem to man up well against them and cause them heaps of troubles. Score 3-2 in our favour. Backs against the wall stuff, worse season EVER. Stuff that if we supporters were younger and could pull on the jumper could see a mighty performance.
But the one that intrigue me and i want to know if it did others was Terry's article. Has Terry written a recent article on us ? I cant remember one !
What really got me interested and came up with the subject heading was the fact he was overlooked as a kid ,13 year old playing, the same as he did after Hawthorn, then wasnt good enough at the Tigers, yet won a b&f and went to the Doggies won 2 and later became their coach and resigned. The part that i kept reading over was the effect it had on him after his resignation at the Doggies and how he was treated and has been treated by the supporters cries of attention.
Then he goes on and says next year on if there was betting taken at the start of next years season , which coach would there be odds on being the first to be sacked, he stated he would be that coach.
Really interesting reading.
In finishing what was good was that he stated that it will turn around and the club will basically rise from this dismal year. That he has A BURNING DESIRE TO PROVE HIS KNOCKERS WRONG
