WHY DO PEOPLE KEEP PUSHING FOR SCHULZ? He has proven over and over again that he has no desire to play football for the Richmond Football Club. He is so damn lazy and just does not appreciate the opportunities he has been given in playing AFL football. Jay you are just another ordinary AFL player who can play well at VFL level but suck when you hit the big time!
Because he is better than you think.Desire can wane if offered for tradebait.Look at the crap gameplan, instead of slating an individual, because even Moses parted the Red sea,but could not play full forward at Richmond.

Re: TEAM CHANGES V LIONS

We were terrible against Carlton and Melbourne but we have pushed Geelong and Sydney and beat the Roos.

You guys need to watch the footy as tiger supporters, not as anonymous KNOCKERS and WHINGERS.

I saw some good footy by the Tigers today, albeit on a small hellhole of a ground, and although I am disappointed with our place on the ladder, I see some real development in the young guys that TW and his staff have put heaps of work into.

You all wanted GUS out forever, but he was sensational today and has shown that he has lots to offer.

Bling is coming into his own. I'd rather have Bling than Buddy any day. Bling is a better player and a much better person.

JON has started to show that he belongs, albeit slowly, but he did some good things today.

Patto is not just a ruckman and we saw that today. Just needs some more confidence.

Big Jack almost won us the game. One less step and he would have kicked a goal to level the scores. I bet he learnt heaps from that and will just keep getting better as a focal point for our forward thrusts.

Re: Who makes way for cuz and cotchy.

Cotchin is no where near fit enough and in enough form. For *smile* sake this board over rate him so much, he is a 2nd year player. Leave him at Coburg until he proves his fitness

A fit Cotchin and Cousins starts to put some pressure on Tuck and Foley.

It's time for some class players to be put through the middle of the ground.

Agree DF. Was sitting at the pub discussing it with a fellow RFC member and we agreed the FOley and Tuck may need to make way.

Suppose you thought Fiora was a better choice than Pavlich as well then Hypo???

i just simply don't think there is enough room in the team for an unfit (match fit that is) cotch and cuz as well as out of form tuck and foley.

if they want to put in cuz and cotch then they have to drop either tuck, foley or maybe white - moreton a possibility too.

i have almost lost patience with sarge as well, maybe sitting vickery or post at ff for a couple of weeks to give them a taste might not be the worst thing to do for their development.

Out: Richo, McMahon, Morton (Very ordinary of late)

In: Cousins, Cotchin, Hughes

I say hughes becuase I would like to know what the $#%#% is our forwrd set up it is a bunch of midgets!

*smile* me, i have heard some rippers in my time but seriously buddy, get off the medicines!!! No wonder we accept such mediocrity when ferals are making comments such as these!!!

cotch and Cuz should be put in the team. If they aren't fit enough right now then I would prefer they improved their fitness playing in the big time than against (and with) suburban melbourne amateurs.

I think Cousins will be in - his class distribution is needed. I think Cotchin is still some time away.

Out - Richo, McMahon, Morton, JON, White

In - Hughes, Thursfield (we need a backup for Moore/McGuane with the Bradshaw/Brown combo), Edwards (been good for Coburg), Cousins, Cotchin

B Newman(jeez he has to lift), McGuane, Thursfield
HB Bowden, Moore, Deledio
C Cousins Coughlan Collins
HF Tambling Reiwoldt Cotchin
F Nahas Hughes Edwards

R Graham Tuck Foley
IC Jackson, Rance, Polo, Pattison

I'd drop Foley, he's not doing anything right now. I'd actually kick Nahas into roving along side Cotchin if fit. Newman's not doing much either, dropping the Captain and VC would be making a big statement that performance must be made. McMahon again he waits for the ball to be given to him, he doesn't tackle or go for the hard ball, goodbye.

Raines possibly in if he's starting to move again.

The forward line needs structure and tall's. Riewoldt is not a key position player, slightly too short and not enough muscle on his frame. *smile* comes in at CHF, with bells ringing in his ears, last chance you've got 3-4 games to get your act together, with the midfield told specifically to mix up their targetting of the forwards, kick one to *smile*, a long one to Hughes, another to Riewoldt and so on.

As for pushing Sydney, as Terry Wallace said before the game, the game would be won or lost in the first quarter. Our first quarter was simply shocking, particularly the opening 10 minutes. Wayne Campbell the midfield coach needs a rocket right up his backside, I still say get rid of him and give the job to Ben Cousins.

Pushing teams but losing, ain't winning, and its for damn sure the wrong attitude. The Richmond Playing List must learn to perform CONSISTENTLY, they must learn to work on their poor disposal skills and decision making, otherwise it will more of the same and pushing other teams to win, is nothing more than an excuse for losing a game that should have been won.
