Who replaces Rance

Bring in Ellis.
Play Jack at CHB (smartest footballer in the comp)
Move Big V forward.

But Hardwick will stick the same *smile* and we will watch Degoey and Elliott running like Gazelles

Astbury can barely play Astbury. Doesn't have the speed to play Rance. Grimes, Vlas and Broad in tandem to cover Rance depending on match ups.

Playing Jack R. at CHB at times? Not the dumbest thing you've ever said Zips!
 
Brandos highlight on rfc.com are all inside mid role.

He's played with the back 6 for years, knows the process inside out, is a premiership player, and seems to have gone very well in the 2's.

I don't think the MC will debate it too long, until Garthy is fit at least.

Astbury plays astbury, Grimes plays Grimes, broad plays Vlastuin, Vlastuin plays Rance, Ellis plays broad.

We shouldve drafted him as a rookie that was a mistake and its bit us on the arse.

I doubt there was any danger of losing Aarts or Chol to another club and one of them couldve been signed later on

Spot on.
If the kid was on the list he most likely would be playing for us on Thursday night.
It’s very very unlikely we will ever see Farts or Chol play a game this year anyway.

Playing the reigning and 3 times Coleman medallist in the backline ?

I agree it’s not the stupidest thing Zips has said but it’s right up there in a very long list

I’m sort of relieved we don’t have a bandaid solution.

How could we miss this golden opportunity to give this level of experience to Garthwaite Balta and Chol?

Try something in round 2 not round 23

Jack is the smartest footballers going around.
We have more forwards then defenders.

You move jack to play a James Scilly type roll. Move Big V foward.

How about we try something else?

Our defence is built around a system which players train in, defenders.

The whole program we run is based on bringing people in who understand the system and can slot in seemlessy. Jack can’t do that and we have players who can.

Apart from all that we have arguably the 2nd best forward in the game over the last 10 years in our side, so let’s play him as a forward.

far out they better pluck someone from the state leagues mid season.
and i’m actually talking about the best contested mid that is kicking ok
