Who should be inducted into the 2007 Richmond Hall of Fame?

Billy Barrot and the Mopsy both had issues at the club that saw both of them move on.
If this has been a factor in not getting inducted before then surely 35 and 50 years is long enough penance.
The club needs to recognise how great and influential both these champions were.
They are forever Richmond
