Who was closest to Moore..................................

All you would or could have done better ? i don't think so!

It was crazy - bent like a bastard at the end, looked like it was gonna go through. Crazy, the one Pavlich had against the Cats looked like a goal for all money until teh last second too, those bloody posts can be fat sometimes. :-[ Jack should have loaded up the torp baby!!!!

Glad Moore didn't pose to lay that kick off.

Brian Harris, who changed his name to Lake in the off-season, and who ran away from Alan Didak and conceded a goal in a final through fear (even though he's seventeen stone) did just that only a couple of weeks ago. But it would demean almost any player. Granted, Brian Harris can't sink any lower. Leper. He was right to play dog. It was a promotion.

You cant back him up with the kick. He didnt drop it onto the boot properly and deserved to miss, it was a floater. It hit the outside of his boot. It did cost us the game, if he would have kicked it we would have won, its as simple as that. Yes so many thing can go under the microscope, from strategies and match ups to all sorts of things, but when you cant put it through directly in front, come Monday morning I'd ask him to get out onto Punt Road line up from 35 and put 50 shots through at half post height. I dont think he deserves to be crucified or yelled at but you would pull him aside and let him know, it was one bad skill error that did cost us.

It wasnt the easiest of shots, but its one that every AFL player has to kick.

And yet every AFL player doesn't. Damn but these recruiters are getting easy money these days. All we want is pace, poise, strong hands, excellent second efforts, can bulk up, always hit targets with either foot and of course can drill them invariably from 30-40 metres out from 45 degrees with the game hanging on the kick - and if you are recruiting for Sydney no dickheads. Geez the recipe is simple why can't recruiters see the light.

Agree Hellen, it was a Money Kick. It called for routine and I didn't see anyone offer a reminder of that. Toes where in the air, that's why it had no ooomph and faded away. As Phanto siad, it just need to be passed to a target behind the goals - does it every afternoon at the other end of the ground.

He'll be better for it.
