Just googled Andrew Ainger and his the match reports rated him as worth a punt IMO. Wasn't named in the best but was mentioned throughout the reports as doing well. Is there any reason as to why he slipped through? Has anyone actually seen him play?

I think I would prefer P.Currie ahead of Ainger. Currie is a reliable defender who is capable of going forward, not a star yet very consistent. Played well against Drum & Dowler during the season.
P. Currie would be a fantastic pickup! I played a lot of footy when I was younger with him, (he was obviously a few years younger) but the kid has always had fantastic poise and smarts!! He used to be a small halfback/wing but has just shot up in recent years!! So he has had all the skills whilst growing so he dont look *smile* whilst kicking like some of the unnatural footballers who get a game cos of sheer size! The only downfall for Paul is that he is oh so very skinny!!! He'd definately be a project so just lock him in the gym for 2 years and see what comes out!!! He probably weighs as much as Tambling just 5 inches taller!

I would be happy to take P.Currie as well. He has very good hands and poise. I think he'll be a good pick for whoever has the patience to develp him.
