Whoever the new coach.. Which assistants would stay

Not sure McCrae, Campbell or Rawlings can be wholly attributed to our poor record under Wallace.

Royal and King however...

Their value is on the scoreboard. A new panel is needed to start a whole new culture.

They all need to go!

A new coach will bring their own team i would expect them all to go especially when theyve all been party to failure and mediocrity.

Clean sweep.

If Buckley was to come in he may bring the likes of a Richardson, Scott or Burns with him.

With King putting his hand up today for the North Melbourne job (or any other senior gig) i think that pretty well rules him out of staying at richmond

He has actually said he doesn't expect to be at Richmond next year.

Apparently cracked it when he wasn't given the caretaker role.

Craig McCrae nearly got the senior coach job at the Gold Coast so I wouldn't mind betting that he his on the short list for North and the Tigers, plus any other club looking for a senior coach.

Craig would make a sensational Tiger's coach too.

McCrae to make a sensational coach, I don't think so.

The new coach choses his assistants. Unless you're Collingwood :cutelaugh :cutelaugh :rofl

Agree totally and think McCrae should be kept for development and stay away from coaching for now.

Nathan will have a big say. 8)
Leon Cameron may return and I would expect Campbell, Mcrae, Cousins and Rawlings to join them.
with Bowden and Johnson at Coburg.

Maybe Buckley Senior Coach,
Campbell senior assistant gameday,
Cousins playing captain and stoppages coach,
Campbell forward coach, Rawlings defence coach,

Cameron senior assistant player development and strategy,
Mcrae player development

Bowden and Johnson Coburg.

Find the money Gary.

Keep Campbell as he's contracted, however I'm not sold on him. Our midfield has gone backwards this year since he's taken over, even with Cousins playing there.
I'd hope if Rawlings doesn't get the job that he stays on as a senior assistant plus Coburg coach

If Rawlings doesn't get the job, he'll go back to the Burgers; McCrae back to the Tigers as an assistant with Campbell; Johnson to stay in a development role. Royal and King gone.

If Rawlings gets the job, things will stay as they are but without Royal and King.
Spot on

ROYAL FIRST OUT THE DOOR REGARDLESS
KING x 2 FAR OUT TOGETHER EXPRESS POST TO THE TIP

RAWLINGS, CAMPBELL, MCRAE deserve to stay but that depends on what we bring in.
