Royal and King however...

Their value is on the scoreboard. A new panel is needed to start a whole new culture.

He has actually said he doesn't expect to be at Richmond next year.

Apparently cracked it when he wasn't given the caretaker role.

Craig McCrae nearly got the senior coach job at the Gold Coast so I wouldn't mind betting that he his on the short list for North and the Tigers, plus any other club looking for a senior coach.

Craig would make a sensational Tiger's coach too.

Agree totally and think McCrae should be kept for development and stay away from coaching for now.

Get rid of everybody but Campbell. I'm guessing that Rawlings will be our coach next year.

Keep Campbell as he's contracted, however I'm not sold on him. Our midfield has gone backwards this year since he's taken over, even with Cousins playing there.
I'd hope if Rawlings doesn't get the job that he stays on as a senior assistant plus Coburg coach

If Rawlings doesn't get the job, he'll go back to the Burgers; McCrae back to the Tigers as an assistant with Campbell; Johnson to stay in a development role. Royal and King gone.

If Rawlings gets the job, things will stay as they are but without Royal and King.
