While this post is a typical cowardly attack from you Diggler I really have to here here you. Its OK for the ferals to pack into training during a work day but I hope they realise the free market movement of stolen goods also came to a standstill. This has put their deliveries of hot plasmas and DVD players behind by 24 hours, some of these goods may not make it into new homes by Christmas. Need I remind these ferals that this country is fighting of a recession.

Hmmm...41 minutes between Diggler and Laff's post. I reckon Diggler posts, then goes and takes a dump, comes back and logs in as Laff and does the mandatory follow-up hear here post. But 41 minutes today. They must have had curry night at the caravan park last night.

After all the BC hysteria it is great to read reports about the guys who WILL be the backbone of our side into the future. NOTHING against BC (well I did not think he should have been picked but as many others have said, he is in the yellow and black now so I am on his side) but if we get half a season out of him in 2009 I think it will b a bonus.

The reports on Vickery all seem good and it seems he has the hunger and the smarts to make an impact.

Richie T bulking up is great as he was getting pushed off the ball and a little hesitant in close last season so that can only help him.

Cleaver was the good news for me as it appears he has added size and strength and with the right attitude and treatment may yet prove to be the power forward to replace Richo.

Jack also i the mix with a bit more bulk so now I am EXCITED about 2009.

BREAKING NEWS:

Bogan protesters just getting off Jolimont station and parading down the MCG wearing moccassins and black & white flannel shirts.

Eddie's got a lot to answer for in tonight's AGM.

-Gee Browne is a big kid (plenty of puppy fat to get rid of!!)
-Gilligan looks ok apart from his kicking, his ball drop is terrible and looks like his doing ballet!
-Thomson looks like his a starter for round 1
-Jack looked really good taking a few strong grabs( could be a real improver this year!)
-One thing i will be interested to see is how well Benny and Browny get on. Didnt see them get to close to each other and remember what he said on the footy show last season! hope theres no problems.-On Ben he looks in good shape but he looked to be blowing fairly hard at the end and to me looked like he struggled to bend over a bit? But i spose thats to be expected.

What was said on the footyshow?

Cleve will never be anything more than a mark and kick forward. He doesn't defend, hates getting dirty, and just may be allergic to running. To say he may yet replace Richo as a power forward is, IMO, kidding yourself. We will be lucky if he even makes it as a mark and kick forward.
All IMO of course.

Have to agree unfortunately. Not to say he can't be a handy player, but doesn't look like the guy who could take over after Richo.

Hopefully one of Riewoldt, Hughes or even Schulz dare I say it can show us something this year.
