so the first victim of the coaching world has marched out. Based on current performances, who would be the next coach to be in risk of joining the centrelink queue??? IMO i think that Connolly is gone, and i wouldnt be surprised to see a 'swap' with him heading to Melb and Daniher to Freo.

Out of that poll Connelly is most likely out of that list, But fair dinkum there is no chance he will be anywhere else but stay at freo next year.

I was thinking that Connolly was next (and he's still not safe), but after today's performance Pagan must be looking dodgy.

Most Carlton supporters have had enough of the beltings and although he has one more year on his contract, I can't see Pratt putting up with mediocrity for too long.

Having said that, if Freo look like missing the eight, Connolly's gone.

There will certainly be a few assistants around the league who are touching up their CV's.

There's an option to vote other and specify Turbo but I suspect the fact Terry is building the list with a couple of years left on his contract I he's pretty safe from the axe.

It's interesting that a lot of people here had Clarkson at the top of their chop list before his contract extension last year. Just goes to show what a little faith in the coach can achieve and how it's probably good that we're not in a position to decide a coaches fate.

Yeah, you are right. Gun coaches often take their teams from last to ninth, then back to last (three years later). That is the sign of a superstar coach that should have his contract extended!

Now on a serious note – in any other field of human endeavour Wallet would not be spared for his appalling management of our list. Have we become so used to losing that we now simply accept this terrible performance? If so we should all be ashamed.

because this is a richmond supporters site and we are willing to give him time to prove himself. he is in the 3rd year of a rebuild and has rid the club of a lot of experienced players and has been playing a heap of youngsters which means he is coaching the most inexperienced team in the league.

Let’s look at some facts:
- in 2003 we were last under Frawley;
- Wallet & Miller took our money claiming to be rebuilding our list;
- in 2006 under Wallet we finished ninth; and
- now we are once again the worst side in the entire comp!

You don’t aimlessly yo-yo up and down the ladder if you have a decent vision and direction.

his first ever post in 2005 went along the lines of this " hi i`m a long suffering tiger fan,and the first thing i want to talk about is lance franklin".
over 2 years and 400+ posts later nothing much has changed.

Back then I was bagged, but my views on Franklin have been proved right. He is clearly the best player from that draft, and Bling is probably the most over-rated.

But thanks for reminding me of those days, they were the good old days
