Why do Richmond struggle? It's all about recruiting.

Are we fast tracking our youngsters when we've only managed to get one player up for a 1st game this year? (that is if you don't include McMahon and Mitch as first gamers...)

Did I hear right that the Woods debuted 10 first gamers last year, whilst almost making the GF?

They debuted 9.

and 1 in half a season this year?

On average how do we compare with other clubs over the Wallace tenure?
I think Polak2Tivendale2Hughes posted them around here somewhere didn't he?

Gotta remember this year we drafted 2 (Rance and Putt) who we knew would need to be in the oven for a while.

Also our rookies this time round (if we choose to call them up) have all played (except Gourdis - who again is one who needs time).

Add to that McMahon, Cass still being injured, and the other young 'un being delisted last year (forgot his name :-[), it helps explain why one so far is not unexpected.

At what temperature ?

160C - happy to take our time with these guys so as to not overcook them and leave them a dry and burnt out shell of the player they could be.

Are they the Hansel and Gretel of Tigerland?

Sounds good. Make sure you use a baste as well.
