Why do we use the training rooms on the MCC side of the G ?

Yep. Bigger, better facilities than the southern stand, same reason we switched from the old,old facilities to the new old facilities many years ago.Backbone said:

My father, now retired, is an MCC guide.
He takes touring groups around the MCG.
One of the points in the past that he has stressed is that Richmond is the only AFL club to have a dedicated changing room at the MCG.
It's the only one that is permanently decked out in its club colours.

That depends where you sit really. I've never enjoyed being at the footy more than when I sat next to our race in the red seats in the Northern stand. It was great having a chat to the players and coaches before a game and lining up to see them off after the game.
