I've often wondered why the success that Doug Sewell had with our Under 19s did not translate into a similar success that the Roos enjoyed under Pagan.  I had a mate who played in the Under 19 1989 RFC Premiership team and he believes that Sewell was a great coach/people person who should have been utilised more effciciently by the club (ala Pagan)...
