Have a good look at the way kid's develope and how long it takes, then make comment. It still take's good kid's years to develope.

I guess some people have no patience.

How patient do we have to be? Ive been patient for 25 years. Theres a difference between having blind faith and being realistic. I guess you would have been one of those down at the race clapping them off after their strong effort tonight?

Certainly can. But don't praise them for a sh1t effort either. If I turned up to work and put in an effort like that on Monday, I wouldn't expect my employer to be saying "give him time, hes only young. Have some patience". I would be out on my ar$e, as some of those imposters wearing the yellow and black should be.
