why do i spend my hard earned every week at the footy to watch this bunch play?

i for one will not be attending anymore matches this year until they clean up their act.

i find it sad that i had a bloke next to me talking to himself at half time going nuts, the club has driven him insane, i thought he was going to implode, if only all the players wore their hearts on their jumpers like this bloke we'd be on the way to becoming a better club.

Because you do spend hard earned money when you support a team.

There's 3 types. Those who barrack. Those who support. Those who are members.

We aren't going to get any better by taking away cash flow from the club.

CASH FLOW? WHAT HAS CASH FLOW GOT TO DO WITH LOSING TO THE WORST TEAM IN THE AFL, WE'RE A *smile* JOKE, AND IM SICK OF WASTING MY MONEY ID RATHER SIT AT HOME AND SPEND IT ON SOMETHING ELSE

Without enough cash, you go about trading away picks, and drafting players like Morrison, Weller etc, so that you don't have to pay top dollar for a 17/18 year old and give him a two year deal.

Without enough cash, your football manager also becomes your head recruiter, list manager and whatever else he needs to do. You end up drafting Meyer and Pattison, Oakley-Nicholls, Hughes and Cassarley, because you don't have enough scouts to go to games to watch the juniors.

I'm not saying money is the be all and end all for onfield performance, but taking money away from the club isn't going to help it.

We still have debt to service, and we basically cannot afford to sack Wallace because we would still have to pay him out for the year. We have some of the crapest facilities in the league for our players to use. Sure we're building a new gym, but it goes beyond that.
