Wow, talk about pessimism. You must be one of those fans crying themselves to sleep for the past 26 seasons.
First of all, Sydney are somewhat struck down by injuries lately. We did considerably well against them earlier this season. The swans have only beaten the Blues, Demons, Dockers and Power at home this season. The biggest margin was 62 points against the blues. We won't win, but we'll be competitive. Possible Loss
Geelong at Kardinia Park will be tough, but it won't be a repeat performance of our earlier performance. Probably will get thumped again though, through the midfield and across our half back line we will lose almost every match-up. Definate Loss
Collingwood played well against the cats, despite losing... but they weren't convincing against Essendon (a mediocre top 8 team). Without Clement we'll always be a chance against them (just like last time we played them). Provided Simmonds and Brown are fit this time around, we have no excuse for losing this game. Win
West Coast will beat us, fair enough. Probably 5+ goals (unless Kerr, Judd and Cousins are out of the team by then). Loss
Essendon aren't as good as their ladder position suggests. They have a tough run and will only beat Carlton for the remainder of the season. They're playing like we played in '05 and '06 (barely getting over the line in all of their close games). Win
St Kilda will be the team fighting for the top 8 spot, not Essendon. We will be fighting for pride. The Saints will get over the line though. Probable Loss
