If the worst case scenario is we finish last this year the positive is we get the number 1 draft pick.
In recent years there seems to have been a stand out number 1 who all in the football community seem to agree on.
2002 - Godnohart
2003 - Cooney
2004 - Lids
2005 - Murphy
2006 - Gibbs
2007 - ?

To give as something to look forward to is there a stand out for 2007.

I wouldnt write us off just yet....

Newman Thursfield McGuane
Raines      Polak    Bowden
Tambling  Deledio  Tivendale
Pettifer      Richo    Krakouer
Kingsley    Schulz      Brown

R> Simmonds, Foley, Polo

I> Pattison, Johnson, Tuck, *best player in 2's

...that 22 isnt a wooden spoon side....its jsut a matter of getting them on the park and fit...and the addition of players like Jack R, Cass, JON, Edwards....its a good bunch of kids.

agree 8ty.

theres no way we have played like a wooden spooner so far in fact i would say we are in a much better position than last year.

Our footy at the moment is'nt gonna get us trounced which was one of the things supporters wished for this season soat least Wallace has delivered (so far) on that count.

I can see a team working to place three seperate game tempos. They seem to have a much better understanding than last year when things went completely hellward.
