I dont see Lids being a similar player to Bhudda Hocking, but if he ended up being as good as what he does as Hocking was at what he did, you would be a hard task master to be disappointed.
Hocking was as tough & committed as they come. Surprised so many here dont rate him.

Agree totally. That's why i had selected 'No' next to Buddha's name in re: to the question posed by Harry. Different players totally, but if Deledio can become as good as Buddha was, would be mighty happy.

There isn't a comparison for Lid's on your list Harry.  Lid's is a class above all of them.

As for Tambling, I'll be happy as a pig in sh!t if he turns out to be like a Mcleods Daughter's. 8)
