She hasn't got any wet track form, and it looks like being a heavy track. What's the stable thoughts on how she'll handle rain affected going?
It's down to 9 runners, if there's more than 1 more scratching i'll be snookered with my place Multi. :(
You obviously dont know how they go in it until tested in race conditions, but on breeding etc she should. Has had a jumpout or two and handled it but that is not full race pressure. At least with 53kgs she gets every opportunity. Just have to hope that they can win from behind as given her barrier likely to settle back. A few scratchings would help her cause but not yours t-man. A few "experts" have tipped her so hope they are right. Have backed her straight out with Sportsbet at $4.40 - will at least get $50 back in bonus bets if she runs a drum.

The other unknown is how she'll handle Caulfield, some struggle their first time around there. But that's the punt for ya, i'd like a quid for every time the last leg of a quaddie or an all up hasn't got up.

The favourite has been scratched which brings her into $2.40. Very short!!!!! What is the impact on multi's re this? Whilst a long time punter have never been in to multi's/ sports betting. Tend to stick to the nags. I'm Buxom ran a tidy 6th - did sit 3+ wide the trip - thanks D Dunn but still waiting on the excuse report issued after every race.

2nd call for Spook up for the Uncos (you dont get a 3rd)

did you hear William Hill VOIDED a bet on Ash Bart to win Wimbledon $3K to $150K before she won the French?

they just voided it, as they can under their T&C's, and gave the poor punter her money back.

Take note: dont make any serious futures bets with these online *smile*. get a paper ticket in your hand

also take note: easy, tiger got lost in space during the upgrade. he's dead.

I'm not sure how they calculate it, but yes the scratching will impact on the dividend. Multi's are good fun, if you don't get greedy and take too many legs like i've been guilty of.

Fabric had her chance just hit a flat spot about 300 out. Was fairly slowly run race and then sprint home which didn't suit. Was strong on the line so probably next run over 1600m - might even be as soon as next Saturday at Flemington. A senior jockey may have helped her cause as well. Hope you managed a profit Tman.

ps How good was #44 on Sunday!!!!

Fabric going around at Flemington Saturday in race 9 -has a good chance BUT not impressed by choice of jockey. Williams to ride the short priced favourite, Oliver to ride Shamal Wind, about the same price as Fabric around the $5.50 mark. We are left with J Mott - whoever he is! Drawn 7 so should position not too far off the pace, the 1600m and Flemington will suit but would have loved C Williams to have stuck with her. Willl be having a crack each way but a little uncertain/lacking confidence.

My Pendant might be back at Caulfield next Saturday.

Had me scratching my head too.
Sorry but I must be missing something here??? Is this a song/music reference? I need help!

Trainer quite upbeat this morning, reckons we are good chance with 5kg in our favour against the favourite. Also, have Happily to Be in race 8 at Echuca this afternoon, each way at best but good price at $14 this morning.

Good punting all

You have mistaken Shamal Lass for Shamal Wind, very is to do when horses are named with their name being part of the Broodmare or Sires name.
I've backed the wrong horse on occasion, due to me mistaking similar names.

Good luck with them today, Fabric would be a good win as she has got some horses with good form around them.
I reckon she's up to it, if she backs up.

Thanks for clarification. Makes sense now. . Trainer confident, (very) small percentage part owner not so. Note Happily to Be into $10 now.
