Ginger Baker, drummer from Cream passed away yesterday.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

I've got his autographed autobiography. Fascinating character. Edgy opinions, like Akermanis on a bad day. Beware Of Mr. Baker is a very good doco.

"They credited Cream for the birth of that sort of heavy metal thing. Well if that's the case, there should be an immediate abortion."

R.I.P.

Too easy to slag off a dead man.

He certainly swung a sack in Moby *smile*.

Keith Moon: "not really a great drummer"
Mitch Mitchell: "hopeless journeyman"
Rolling Stones: "little kids trying to play black blues and playing it very badly"
The Beatles: "THEY WEREN'T MUSICIANS!"

He didn't miss many.

Actor Robert Forster who i just watched in El Camino, A Breaking bad movie.

Also great in Jackie Brown and Twin Peaks: The Return.

Apparently a film called "Medium Cool" from 1969 was one of his best, I want to check it out.

In Jackie Brown

Don't get me wrong, cos I personally think he's guilty, but theres a podcast called Australian true crime that has an interview with a women who reckons Milat is innocent. Worth having a listen to, as there is actually very little evidence of his guilt.

Paul Onions might disagree with this woman.
