Game Day Tigers V Dogs

Early on the leaders stood up but it was also Baker, Marlin and George who really sparked the side. Huge influence when the heat was on. Marlin is clearly an AFL talent we just have to allow him some time to get to full fitness and cohesion.
Baker is simply a star, give me our midget over that Daniels midget every day.
George was very clean early and heavily involved his best game for the year. Hopefully his detractors realise his value.

We beat a side of frauds but we got our brand back.

Great win with a very young and inexperienced team, 7 best 22 out. The first half was the Richmond we know and love from last 3 years. 2nd half a bit meh but the damage was done. That’s our MO; I find it a bit frustrating but we only seem to smash teams in finals;) We still leave a few goals out there so still quite a bit of improvement there.

Dusty brilliant. Balta awesome in backline; a rock. Soldo and Chol had great games and destroyed 1986 Princess Di. Bolton great again. Pickett best game since GF; great first quarter. Baker tops and rest of back line rock solid.

Macrae is a suck.

No wonder Dimma looked and sounded like the cat that got the cream.

Might be your best ever General Disco.

So Lee. Am I interpreting your amazing stats table correctly. No other club has ever won with 10 players with under 30 games ?

Crouch like in his influence. 37 touches to nowhere.
Yep and ducks his head and flops for frees in every contest. It was *smile* driving me insane tonight and the umpires fell for it every time. Nearly threw my beer at the telly after the one he got against Lambert in the middle in second quarter.

I bet he gets votes but I could name 8 Richmond players who had more influence on the game tonight.

The commentators sounded surprised with the slapping we gave the dogs.

Have they not been watching the past 3 years?

When we play our brand no one can go with us.

This without premiership players Vlastuin, Edwards, Prestia, Astbury, Houli, Caddy, Nankervis, Rioli, Graham

10 players with less than 30 games. Just goes to show how strong our system and structures are.

Only reiwoldt has really stuck fat. He loves us. Loved Darcy having to commentate that match.

No, that's just the most recent occasion for each club. In some seasons after the world wars, more than half of all teams had 10 under 30.

staggering stat - says a lot about the teams at the top and bottom of that list.

also doggies, Hawks and pies all played off in the grannie soon after from memory.

well that was one good night at the footy.

Marlion running our wing was a real treat. he has the best footwork ive seen since m.rioli.

as predicted, their mids shat themselves. they're never been in the same bit of grass with a bloke like Marlion. He scares and hypnotises.

I reckon he'd be a good boxer too.

and dusty stuck her into the September gear, cause he knew he needed to tonight.

dusty has gears. it's incredible. it really is

Who was the most influential tall on the ground? I cant split Notorius Noah Balta from Mabior Chol. How many games between them?

a collingwood acquaintance texted me and said

'richmond are like a medusa. you cut off Rances head, and Balta grows. you cut off prestias head and shai Bolton grows'

I liked that. Medusa.

Mabior chols agility is astonishing. He bounces through traffic with a big smile on his face. he is unique as $hai Bolton.

my mate missed him in his medusa analogy.

guess who manages him? Ralph Carr;s Travelling Freak Show Pty ltd.

Cotchy was inspirational. we missed him. and I couldn't fit him in the votes.

Dylan Grimes is a very, very brutal man. he spoiled in front of me and Dylan looked like his intent was to punch the ear off his head. I think he is related to Jimmy Jess.

Liam Baker is a pretty brutal man also.

Kmac is brutal too. worked through a bad cork half the night.

negatives? minor in a famous win like that. Stackman is close. he worked hard, but he's going to ground all the time. Tom Lynch is getting caught behind and was out pointed 1:1 by Caleb Daniel. If he was in form, and the way the ball came in and how he was isolated, Tom would've kicked 7 tonight
