I don't mind the jumper thing. It was a bloody good idea we had and it's now going to be the done thing. No point begrudging anyone doing, take some pride that we started a new tradition in AFL Grand Finals. Even if it's never mentioned where it started, at the end of every Grand Final from now on we'll be reminded of one of the greatest periods in Richmond history.

Having the extended squad come on when winning a Grand Final was a damned good idea. Just because we started it doesn't mean we own it. People adopt good ideas, just be proud that we started it.

As a parallel, ever watch the closing ceremony of the olympics where all the athletes come into the stadium but don't stay in their country groups, they all mix? Great idea isn't it? Been done for many games now, but do you know where that came from? Just be proud that we started it!

That's what happened to us. Had zero continuity all year
