Essendon = Entitlement

Did you see that Tanya was scammed 30k to fix a downpipe that should have cost $300?
No way known living in Toorak that you would let yourself be caught slumming with a $300 down pipe repair. $30K sounds about right for getting some vital water management issues investigated and rectified.

Can throw Parkin in there. What about Gary Buckenara? I’m sure Tony Shaw is still available.

2nd chance more than Jimmy Boy. :mhihi
Without any shadow of a doubt - far more experience and even ... success. Funny.
Talk is now it's Yze - last man standing? Does he qualify as (more) experienced compared to Rutten?
Did I say funny?

Brendon Lade now on the hanging list. I hope they go for Pyke and bring back the Power Stance.

Let's hope Essendon create just enough belief to maintain their status quo.

The last thing we want is for them to hit rock bottom and be forced to look in the mirror.

It probably took us 10 years to really give ourselves a fresh chance with Dimma and Gale, as we kept Frawley for 5 years with stability in mind (conscious of our reputation back then), then Wallace was given the 5-year contract to solidify that stability (and implement good basic drafting by keeping our picks so the list had long-term stability as well), and only then we were able to start the long climb to the top.

Coaching stability + club stability + drafting consistency took a good 10 years before we even took our first step up Everest.

Sounds good... another 3650 days added to their current dry spell of 6584 days.... gets them over the 10k mark...
I could live with that.

Brendan Bolton, Mark Neeld, Scott Watters, Ben Rutten. But if they can't get an experienced coach, Roos Paul is available for mentoring.
