I truly believe we don’t win the Prelim in 2019 without Jacks incredibly courageous effort to play on with a dislocated sholder, not just a little pop out , but a Big Bang Pow out she comes . JG Tiger legend , Jack Graham that is .

Pretty sure we owe a big thanks to Bakes for getting Jack to stay .

I think we should be thanking you Mr. B and The National Golf Club ;)

It’s an interesting point - I guess was 2022 a year he was carrying a severe injury and have we seen the best of him or not. He is just coming into peak age. Pressure doesn’t go away in finals and he is one of the best in the afl at it / delivers well i50 and is pretty classy set shot for goal. On the flip side he doesn’t get much of it as you say.

Also could he evolve into a tagger to shut down a Neale / Cripps / petracca. And would we play a tagger.

The 100 game father son play is also an interesting long term play. So next year would be a sweet spot to trade.
Absolutely rapt...mine and my sons favorite player for reasons I have discussed previously. Hits the magic 100 games for us next year as well which is a bonus.

To be honest I think he absolutely loves the Tigers no doubt, but if going home anytime in the future (and I think he will in a few years for family reasons) he seems more a crows man than the peanut gallery in teal.

100% played injured a lot of this year, 2nd in our B & F last year 2021, would have been selling at close to the bottom of the market and at a time when we want to strengthen our midfield not dilute it by loosing a 2nd two way runner after Lambert's retirement. Don't think we lose to Brisbane if we had Graham applying some pressure to Lachie Neale.
Do people really think we can do better with pick 27 than a fit 24 year old Graham?, i'm happy he has chosen to stay.

Good on you jack

Not really impressed with the parties that released this to the media though
I reckon the fact Port leaked his visit and cameras were everywhere is the reason he knocked it back. He clearly wasn’t in on it given he said he was visiting family when door stopped at the airport. Weak as pee for Poot to do that to him

So has Jack said he wants to stay at Richmond or that he doesn’t want to go to Port. The article just said he told Richmond he didn’t want to go to Port.

The article doesn’t actually say he’s staying

HS today.

Richmond hard-nut Jack Graham will stay with the Tigers after knocking back interest from Port Adelaide.
News Corp has confirmed Graham, who toured Port Adelaide’s facilities this week, has told Richmond officials he is locked in at Punt Road for next season.

Graham is expected to trigger a clause in his contract that will take him through to the end of 2024 when he will qualify for free agency.

Good on him for backing himself in. Had a contract & doesn't have to leave. He has great mates & great memories at Tigerland.
Regardless of hopeful inclusions Hopper & Taranto, opportunities will come for him next season to establish a midfield spot if he's good enough.
Eat em alive Jack.
