Yep he is going to Carlton. Nothing surer. Have six months off, recharge the batteries and then get paid more to take on the Blues. Voss is a dead man walking

A different kettle of fish has seen the two masters of culture in action. Would know how to create the environment.

I know Dimma was a no body but there doesn't feel like a stellar field of assistants at the moment.

newy has had success with box hill and now an asst coach

Yeah, I'd accept Leppa a 2nd time considering the players and other assistants know him well too. Could even bring some Scumwood ingredients....

It's sad to loose our great coach. I will never forget the joy of being at the 2017 and 2019 grand finals and watching the 2020 grand final from the couch. He delivered three premierships when I never thought I would see one.

You can understand though given the state of the list. It will probably be a long time till we are contending again given our poor recent drafting.

Just a thought... How about leave of absence for x amount of time.
He needs a break, Just like Dusty did.

Whatever the reason/s, it's great that Dimma has seemingly gone out on his owns terms. PRE will be so mush better with there being no sack Dimma threads which would've come sooner or later, be it this year, next year or the year after.

Anyone who mentions Buckley should get a permanent ban.

There are only 2 candidates I would be considering.

Leppa and Don Pyke.
