Didn't Carlton give up more for Cerra? What ever we gave GWS it was worth it.
Don't think he's kicked 4 goals at Carlton.lol

Not on his Pat Malone. Noah has him well and truly covered, especially with some of his blind blast kicks yesterdayI like Tim, but when he gets the ball at CHB he packs his kimbies.
Especially if getting both of them is the "friend" power to get Himmelberg as a FAAlthough the Taranto and Hopper trades were split into two individual trades, if you look at the two trades combined you have (assuming the traded 2023 1st round is pick 5) :
Out pick 5 2023 + 2022 picks 12, 19, 37
A top 10 pick plus another first round plus two second round picks
Gained Hopper and Taranto plus picks 53 and 63 (which ended up being Smith and Green)
Hopper was pick 7 in 2015 and Taranto pick 2 in 2016
All reasonable trading results for both Richmond and GWS
We reamed them with the Deledio trade back in 2016 (future first and future 3rd). Ended up splitting that future first (pick 15), sending it to Brisbane for picks 20 and 25 (CCJ and Balta). CCJ obviously gone now but a washed up Deledio for Balta is a big win. Also got pick 19 for CCJ, which helped us gain Taranto. We will cop a hit if we lose a top 5 pick for Hopper, but I’m still happy overall with our 2022 trade period. Taranto killing it and Hopper was playing good footy before his injury too. No he showed Port had 9kids under 24 and we had 6.Top 150 means 8th best player on average with 18 teams so still a good player and one who is never dropped.
Clearly will be winning our b and f and prior to this weeks performance probably more In The 3rd best player on average. 40-60. Eg at Melbourne he might 5 or 6 (Gawn Petracca Oliver may lever) where as 1 for us. What he did on weekend replicated weekly makes you the best in the league.
IMO Goal posts will be moved by Cornes tonight to be about the trade vs Tim’s overall quality.
Fair point. No he showed Port had 9kids under 24 and we had 6.
That's all.
