That's how many people have attended our games this year

Not bad considering we only had 12,697 @ GWS & 16,031 on the Goldy

582864 - 10 home games
458501 - 11 away games

Is it also the same number of people Tom Lynch had played in front of at Gold Coast BEFORE he became a a Itger?

Only need a lazy 59,000 fans against the Lions to make it 1.1 million for the season, shouldn't be a problem:sleeping

i think the more legit figure is home game attendances because away game attendances can be determined by the opponents (eg. Collingwood played West Coast in Perth, where we played the Gold Coast at Metricon). and we are number 1 again in that department.

Yeah, tend to agree but not simple. How about we just look at memberships

Membership number mean nothing. It’s nice to say we have 100000 but we never get here at on game day.
Numbers mean the same for all clubs. There's 3 game 5 game 7 game 11 game n all games in Melb memberships. Plus country, interstate, probably O/S members as well as cat n dog members so obviously not everyone of our 100,000 members is going to turn up to every single game we play.
But at least we've passed 100,000 members a couple of years in a row while other big clubs are struggling to get 80,000 members n nuffer Melb clubs are still hovering around the mid 30,000 or so.
