Like it has been said quite a few times on here, it's not how they start but how they finish.

Really don't rate the rising star very highly. It'd be nice for some of our players to get acknowledgement by nomination, but how often does the RS winner start strong, then fizzle out.

Are some of the ones who've won the award and not really kicked on.
There's some good winners obviously, but this might be as good as Murphy gets. Hard to get too excited about things.

Buckley, Selwood, Cousins, Riewoldt, Goodies and Daicos are the only winners who are out and out superstars.

Tyler Welsh was hot property early last year. Crows eventually took him at 59 but has already been delisted by them with a view to rookie him in the rookie draft.

Who was the standout?

Personally i think all performed as expected(Excluding Smillie obviously)
The standout for me was Faull.Think he showed enough to suggest he'll be our next Lynchpin up fwd.

I did some rough numbers from 2020-2000, I reckon 240 games is par based on averages.

when all 8 2024 draftees have finished playing, l would hope they have a combined total in excess of 1200 games. Anywhere between 1600 and 2400 would be awesome
