Alert on Zone Alarm - I need help deciphering please

I have this alert message that comes up which says:

Spooler Subsystem App wants to connect to your computer

I have looked this up and it seems to be something to do with windows xp (which is my operating system) but that is about my level of understanding. I suppose what I want to know is whether I can give it permission to do whatever it has to do, it is driving me nuts.

Basically if you are only running one machine there's no real need to grant access. Some say yes, some say no.......
