Rocca admitted he was a "hard, physical player" and one who was looked on to set an example to his teammates.

I can just picture the whole Sydney football community falling over themselves over that howler. Perhaps he has a career after football, after all.

I just reckon Lade's lucky he didn't retaliate. Rocca's mum probably would've jumped the fence and beaten the bag out of him with some of her famous lasagne.

When asked where he had hit LADE, ROCCA cry baby replied:

"With my elbow.....I mean his shoulder"
